TOPPAN Cosmo Personal Information Protection Policy

TOPPAN Cosmo Inc. recognizes that it is our social responsibility to properly handle and thoroughly protect personal information, and has established a “Personal Information Protection Policy” and internal company regulations regarding personal information protection. Since then, we have implemented company-wide efforts to protect personal information, while continuing to review them in light of changes in the law and social situation. How We Handle Personal Information

TOPPAN Cosmo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”), as a wholly owned subsidiary of TOPPAN Holdings Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “TOPPAN Holdings”), will comply with Toppan Holdings’ information security rules, related laws and regulations, and other various standards, and will handle information as follows.

      *Inquiries made to our company will be handled solely by our company. However, depending on the content of the inquiry, it may be provided to TOPPAN Holdings or a TOPPAN group company via the inquiry service manager of TOPPAN Holdings, who will then take over the handling of the inquiry and respond directly to you.
